Tofu Casserole

1 block tofu, crumbled                         ½ c. onion, finely chopped 

2/3 c. slivered almonds                        2 Tbsp. oil

1-2 eggs                                                   2 pkg. G Washington Broth

1/3 c. milk                                               1 tsp. soy sauce 

1 Tbsp. melted butter                           salt to taste

¾ c. bread crumbs                                 1 tsp. thyme

¼ c. grape nuts, optional                      ½ tsp. fine herbs 

                                                                  ½ tsp. rosemary

Sauté onion in oil.  Mix with tofu and seasonings and add remaining ingredients

except 1 Tbsp. oil and bread crumbs.  Put oil in the bottom of loaf pan then pour 

in mixture.  Cover with bread crumbs.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Could

use egg replacer and soy milk.
