Chili

2 c. Pinto beans

1 onion

1 bell pepper chopped

Cloves garlic crushed

Saute in oil

1/2 c. tvp

1/2 c. water

Mix all

Add 2 6oz can tomato paste

1 qt (big can) of Tomatoes (squish)

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp salt

Cook on low simmer for 30 minutes
