Grandma Vixie’s Lentil Roast
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts)
- 1 egg
- 1 large can milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1 small onion
- salt to taste
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend together. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until set.
