Marcia Vixie’s Rugelach

Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese

1 c. margarine

2 c. flour

Pinch of salt

4 Tbsp. margarine melted

¾ c. finely chopped nuts

¾ c. brown sugar

Blend cottage cheese and margarine. Add flour-mix till dough holds together. Divide dough in half- Roll out on floured board to ½ inch thickness, spread dough with melted margarine, nuts and sugar. Cut into triangles. Roll up beginning at large end. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
