Cameron’s Mock Fish Casserole
- 1 roll of chicken soy meat
- ½ cup dried bread crumbs
- 7 oz. Tartex
- 6 Tbsp. potato flour
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup celery (~2 stalks)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Put in blender and blend. Bake at 375° F for 45 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce.
