Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Meatballs
- 2 ½ cups Ritz cracker crumbs ( 3 PKG)
- 1 ½ cups walnuts, ground
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1 ½ cups grated cheese
- 3 pressed garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup minced parsley
- 8 eggs
Form into balls and place in 9×13 inch pan.
Sauce
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 ½ cup apricot jam
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
Heat sauce until melted and mixed together. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes.
